The patient is 5’6”, 125lbs and underwent a transabdominal breast augmentation (TABA) with a full abdominoplasty and umbilical hernia repair. NO INCISIONS ON BREASTS! 250 cc moderate plus saline. Post-operative photos are taken 4 months after surgery.
