The patient is 5’3”, 145lbs wears a 36E bra and underwent an inferior pedicle breast reduction with a wise pattern (anchor type) closure. 750 gms was removed from the right side and 590 gms from the left side. (Massachusetts) Post-operative photos are taken 3 months after surgery.
