The patient is 5′ 5″, 128 lbs and wears a 34D bra. She had a previous complete submuscular breast augmentation through a periareolar approach by another surgeon. 550cc High Profile smooth round saline implants were used and filled to the maximum fill. The patient wanted smaller implants using a circumareola approach with a partial submuscular pocket. She underwent a revision using smaller implants 350 cc smooth round Moderate Plus Profile Saline filled Mentor implants. The right was filled to 450 cc’s, and the left was filled to 400 cc’s.
