Breast Revision Case #278

The patient is 5’5″, weighs 125 lbs and desires smaller implants 5 years after her original revision. Preoperatively, she had 350 cc saline implants with differential fill added to them. She had a circumareola approach with lateral pocket capsulorrhaphy to accommodate the smaller implants. On the right she had a 250 cc smooth round Moderate Plus Profile Saline filled Mentor implant filled to 275 cc’s, and the on the left she had a 225 cc smooth round Moderate Plus Profile Saline filled Mentor implant filled to 250 cc’s. The Post-operative photos are taken at 3 months after surgery.
