Otoplasty Case #1410
BEFORE
AFTER

The patient had underwent a previous bilateral otoplasty through a posterior approach by another surgeon, and was most concerned with the recurrence of the prominence and lack of definition of his right superior crus of the antihelical fold. Through a lateral transhelical incision his superior crus was refined with sutures and the prominence was improved. (New York, New York) The post-operative photos are taken 1 month after surgery.
