by Dr. Steven Wallach
Tuesday November 5th, 2013 I was on Sirius XM channel 81’s Doctor Show hosted by Sherrell Aston MD at the NYU Langone Medical Center in New York CIty. I was a guest along with Nicolas Tabbal, MD for the two hour show, and the subject was Plastic Surgery: Fact or Fiction. The show featured current news stories from the Wall Street Journal and Allure Magazine to name a few. We discussed the articles and answered questions from listeners. The listeners asked excellent questions ranging from facelifting, eye lift surgery, breast augmentation, tummy tucks, liposuction, and non-invasive treatments such as the use of fillers and lasers. The focus of the radio show was educating the consumer, and I think this was accomplished. Dr. Aston was an excellent host, and very facile at it. He could easily be a regular radio talk show host if he wanted, because he was just that good. The two hours breezed by so quickly because all in all it was enjoyable to participate and be with two such distinguished colleagues. You can check out the full show in the media section on my website. Enjoy!
