Blepharoplasty Case #130

AFTER

The patient underwent a 4-lid blepharoplasty. The lower lid was treated by using a transconjunctival approach to conservatively remove lower lid fat. Lower lid skin was removed using a skin pinch technique. A bilateral canthopexy was performed to support the lower eyelid position. The upper lid was treated by removing some medial fat and a conservative removal of upper lid skin only.(New York City, New York) The post-operative photos are taken 6 months after surgery.
