The patient is a 5’8″, 135 lbs Male-to-Female transgender patient that wears a 32A bra and underwent a partial submuscular breast augmentation through a periareolar approach. 380 cc smooth round high profile saline filled Mentor implants were inflated to 450 cc. (New York, New York) Post-operative photos are taken 2 months after surgery.
