The patient is 5′ 2″, 135 lbs wears a 34A bra and has a slight tuberous deformity with a tight lower pole. She underwent a partial submuscular breast augmentation through a circumareola approach. Radial scoring of the inferior pole was performed to allow for expansion of the restricted lower pole. 275 cc smooth round high profile profile silicone gel filled Mentor implants (New York, New York) were placed. Post-operative photos are taken 6 weeks after surgery.
