The patient is 5’3” and weighs 140 lbs. She underwent an open gastric bypass procedure and lost 120 lbs. She underwent a Wise pattern inferior pedicle based mastopexy and breast augmentation with 350cc Mentor smooth silicone gel implants. She also had a mole excised from her right breast. She had a previous circumferential lower body lift. (New York, New York) Post-operative photos are taken 5 months after surgery.
