The patient is 5’6” and weighs 178 lbs. She underwent an open gastric bypass procedure and lost over 100 lbs. She underwent a circumareola mastopexy and augmentation with 275 cc Mentor smooth walled saline implants. She had a previous circumferential lower body lift. (New York, New York) Post-operative photos are taken 4 months after surgery.
