The patient is 5’9” and weighs 155 lbs. She had significant glandular ptosis and underwent a breast augmentation and mastopexy with 295 cc Allergan smooth walled high profile silicone implants. The mastopexy was performed using a superior pedicle and a wise pattern (T- incision) closure. (New York, New York) Post-operative photos are taken 1 month after surgery.
