The patient is 5′ 5″, 128 lbs and wears a 34D bra. She had a previous complete submuscular breast augmentation through a periareolar approach by another surgeon. 550cc High Profile smooth round saline implants were used and filled to the maximum fill. The patient wanted smaller implants using a circumareola approach with a partial submuscular pocket. She underwent a revision using smaller implants 350 cc smooth round Moderate Plus Profile Saline filled Mentor implants. The right was filled to 450 cc’s, and the left was filled to 400 cc’s. (Brooklyn, New York) Post-operative photos are taken 5 years after surgery.
