This is a 54 year old female who presented with a left torn or split earlobe.  This was repaired at the same time as her facelift.  The ear was repaired using a z-plasty technique to minimize the risk of developing a notch in the earlobe as it healed.  This is a 6 month follow-up. Note that her facelift incisions are still red. These will fade with more time.
