Rhinoplasty Case #2540
BEFORE
AFTER
Open Rhinoplasty in a 59-year-old female who had a history of nasal trauma. She was unhappy with the dorsal hump, her crooked nose on frontal view, and her slightly bulbous drooping tip. She underwent corrective rhinoplasty with shaving down the dorsal bump. Her nasal bones were straightened and she also underwent a submucous resection of her deviated septum to correct the curvature. She had refinement of the tip and her tip was elevated and supported using a septal extension graft. The post-operative photos are taken 4 months after surgery.
