Some women may not be blessed with a bright and impressive front, but they need not worry. Breasts can already be enhanced through these five easy workouts. Gone are the days when women had to desperately search for ways to prevent the sagging of their breasts. Perk up those breasts and hold your head up high! A more confident you is coming their way. Recommended to be done thrice or five times a week with 15 to 20 repetitions in two to three sets, these moves can help lift your breasts.

Pectoral flies

While holding two dumbbells, you have to lie on your back either on a bench or on the floor with your arms placed at your sides. Lift the dumbbells above the chest while internally rotating your shoulders. Remember to point out your elbows to the sides. After which, lower the dumbbells to the sides and feel the stretching of your chest muscles.

Chest press

Clutch dumbbells while you are lying. Bend your arms and place your hands at the sides of the chest. Push the dumbbells up while your elbows are at the side and arms extending over the chest. Lower the weights to the sides of the upper chest and repeat the routine.

Push-ups

This time, lie while facing the floor. Position the hands slightly wider than the shoulders. Extend the arms slowly while slightly raising your body off the floor. Do this while keeping your center tight and the body as straight as possible. Bend the arms while you lower your body back to the floor.

Ab plank

While in a push-up position, put the weight of your body on your forearms as you bend them to a 90-degree angle beneath the shoulders. While doing so, it is important to keep the body straight and tight. Hold that position for a minute and repeat the process. One bonus tip in keeping your breasts perky and lifted is to keep your chin up and head high. Improving your posture can work wonders when it comes to making the breasts appear more lifted. If you still aren’t satisfied with these exercises, give breast lift a try. I’m so happy with the results from the Botox shots that Dr. Wallach performed on me. He spent a lot of time talking about the different fillers that would make my face look the most natural and youthful.
