The patient underwent an endoscopic brow lift, a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty, and transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty with a skin pinch, a bilateral canthopexy, and a SMAS plication facelift with submental liposuction and a platysma plication. Her incisions were placed retrotragal (behind the ear prominence). (Darien, Connecticut) The post-operative photos are taken only 2 weeks after surgery. She is likely still swollen.
