ASAPS Spring Meeting in NYC
So next month is the ASAPS ( American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) spring meeting in NYC. What a great venue! I will be there giving a course on a modified Lejour approach for breast reduction surgery which is a technique for performing a vertical reduction using a lollipop incision. This is a limited incision procedure avoiding the traditional inverted-T or “anchor-type” incision performed more commonly. It is a great procedure for many women desiring smaller reductions or in most mastopexies( breast lifts). I am also a moderator on a scientific panel that will showcase research in the aesthetic field. All in all the meeting should be a lot of fun with great presentations, seeing old and making new friends, and enjoying all the great equipment int he exhibit hall. Walking through the exhibit hall is like a kid walking into a candy store. It can be hard to resist!
